Rules for using Matt Poker. Effective October 18, 2026.
Play money only
Matt Poker is a practice / entertainment product. Chips and wallets are play money only. We do not process real money, and nothing here is real-world gambling.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Guest accounts may be cleaned up over time. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (for example spam, harassment, cheating, or attempts to disrupt the app).
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not try to break security, scrape or overload the service, impersonate others, or disrupt other players or the service.
Service availability
The app is provided as-is. Features may change, break, or go offline. We do not promise uninterrupted access. We may reset or wipe the environment at any time, including accounts, play-money balances, and hand history. Do not rely on this data lasting.
Privacy
How we handle account and gameplay data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised terms. If you created a guest or registered account before October 18, 2026, continued use of Matt Poker means you agree to these Terms of Service.
